Paul is an experienced HR Generalist who has worked across several industries including health, education, sport, creative design, not-for-profits, RTOs and multiple others spanning technology, manufacturing and services. He has executed numerous strategic HR projects in complex organisations focusing on improving the HR function including the domains of; employee relations, culture programs, leadership development, employee engagement, wellbeing, compliance in areas of safety, audits, policy and procedures, enterprise agreements and end-to-end employee lifecycle work including talent acquisition.

Paul has a strong passion for creating a learning environment and exploring ways to transform the function to create dynamic and engaged workplaces.
